Koos Zwart Award 2019.

Drug policy foundation, Stichting  Drugsbeleid is the recipient of the Koos Zwart Award for 2019.
The spokesman of the foundation commented: ''It is encouraging that there is appreciation for the many years of
efforts that the Stichting Drugs Policy has made in the field of the normalization of cannabis use, among other things.''
