1990 - 'The 3rd High Times Cannabis Cup'. The Seed Bank had yet another win. Shelton and Mavrides became the first world-class artists to create official artwork for the event.
Judges this year included Furry Freak Brothers' artists, Gilbert Shelton and Paul Mavrides, as well as the founders of the Provos, the most famous Dutch activists from the 1960s.
