The 25th Annual High Times Cannabis Cup, November 2012 in Amsterdam
In Amsterdam, in the third week of November the Judges of the Cannabis Cup will choose once again the best marijuana and hashish varieties, served by the coffeeshops of Holland, as well as the best new varieties of seeds, hemp products and 4:20 wanna-haves. Just as in previous years, ceremonies and parties will take place at the Milky Way (De Melkweg) venue.
The organisation of the Cup says it's rest assured that the proposed law, that would ban foreigners from buying weed in Dutch coffeeshops, will not impact the upcoming 25th Annual High Times Cannabis Cup.

2011 Cannabis Cup
High Times Cannabis Cup 2011 - The 24th Awards. Nov. 20th till 24th - Amsterdam, The Netherlands
As always, the global ganja community will showcase the very best products of the cannabis industry. Leaders of the cultivation world will be on hand to impart their expertise on what it takes to achieve gardening success. Learn from the masters of the industry: Arjan from The Greenhouse, Soma from Soma Seeds, Sissy and Derry from Barney’s, Don and Aaron from DNA, Adam from T.H.Seeds, Mila from The Pollinator, Big Buddha, and Swerve from Cali Connection. Of course, HIGH TIMES’ own experts, Danny Danko and Nico Escondido, will be teaching in the cannabis classroom as well.
Plus, High Times will be honoring one of the nation’s most effective cannabis activists. Debby Goldsberry of Berkeley, CA will be honored as 2011 Freedom Fighter of the Year. And to go along with the special psychedelic theme of this year’s Cup, Johnny Griggs of The Brotherhood of Eternal Love will be inducted into the Counterculture Hall of Fame.
Obviously—and most importantly—the world’s best strains will be available to sample at the daily Cannabis Cup Expo or at participating coffeeshops. Vote for best sativas and indicas, plus the top strain of all, which is decided upon by Cannabis Cup judges.
The 24th Cannabis Cup will be held from November 20th-24th, 2011 in Amsterdam. Pre-registration will be November 18th-20th, 2011. Opening night party and opening ceremonies will be held on the night of November 20, 2011 at the Melkweg

2010 Cannabis Cup
The High Times Cannabis Cup is always held in Amsterdam during the week of Thanksgiving. The 23rd Cannabis Cup will be held from November 21st-25th 2010. Expected guests & artists to attend the 'First Generation Hip Hop Tribute' are amoung others; Kid Cudi, Curren$y, Devin the Dude, GrandWizzard Theodore, Superdude, DJ Babu, Busy Bee Starski and Del the Funky Homosapien.
Registration continues through the week and the price of a judges' pass drops 50 euro per day until all passes have sold out.

This years Cannabis Cup (a.k.a. The Smugglers Cup) was held at the Powerzone Venue. Festivities and parties were held in the Melkweg. Hosted by a.o. Green House, DNA Genetics, THSeeds. The Cup was in memoriam of Thomas "King" Forcade. (from the Underground Press Syndicate and founder of High Times magazine). His mentor John Sinclair as High Priest entered Tom Forcade in the CounterCulture Hall of Fame.
